Realtime Online Documentation

PIA’s O & M Bureau have now developed a way of having multi location documentation available hosted by us via a secure login. So that you the end user can access information via any web browser.

Within this system, if your building(s) change for example, partition walls put in on the 3rd floor only, the information can be passed to us for uploading or if you wish it can be done from your site using a simple document check in/check out process. If you own multiple properties, you can assign password protection so that your managing agents or facility managers can only log onto the areas they look after

There is an initial set up for the documentation to be produced & hosting fee which can be charged annually, quarterly or monthly.
